Because the Shopify AI Ops Starter Pack is a downloadable digital product, all sales are generally final after download access is delivered.
Refunds may be considered when
- The buyer purchased twice by mistake.
- The download link or product file is broken and cannot be fixed promptly.
- The product was materially misrepresented on the checkout page.
Refunds are not intended for
- Requests for custom implementation.
- Incompatibility with a preferred automation stack when scope was disclosed.
- A buyer deciding not to use the self-serve templates after purchase.
