Purchase and download access
AutoFlowKit is delivered by Dodo Payments as a digital product. After a successful payment, Dodo sends the receipt and the product access link to the checkout email address.
1. Open the Dodo email
Look for an email titled Payment Successful for order at getautoflowkit.
2. Use Customer Portal
In that email, open Access in your Customer Portal. The Shopify AI Ops Starter Pack ZIP appears under digital products and entitlements.
3. Check spam and promotions
If the email is not visible after 10 minutes, check spam, promotions, and the exact email address used at checkout.
4. Send a support request
If access still fails, use the support form with the checkout email, Payment ID, and the issue you see in the Customer Portal.
Expired download link
If the download opens an Amazon S3 page with AccessDenied or Request has expired, the temporary Dodo download link has expired. Return to the Customer Portal, refresh the page, open View again, and click the file download button within 15 minutes.
Downloaded file has no ZIP extension
If the downloaded file name is a long ID with no extension, rename it to shopify-ai-ops-starter-pack.zip and open it again. Inside the ZIP, start with START-HERE.html.
