Support covers launch notifications, product access issues, broken files, unclear instructions, and billing or refund routing. The starter pack does not include custom setup, live onboarding, or store-specific implementation work.

Before contacting support

Open the start-here guide, confirm your product version, and note the file name or workflow where the issue appears.

Structured support form

The public form should collect order email, order ID, topic, product version, message, and whether custom setup is being requested.

Response scope

Access and file problems can be fixed. Custom Shopify development, helpdesk setup, and automation implementation are outside scope.
